A terrorist has been reportedly seen in a viral video displaying some money collected from his victims as ransoms and uploaded on Tiktok, a social network.

The video was shared by Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency expert and security analyst in Lake Chad, in a series of posts on his X handle on Monday.

According to Makama, the user of the account has over 3000 followers, noting that some of them are bandits who openly show off their rifles and are dressed in military or police uniforms.

He further lamented that the Tiktok platform has given space for insurgents to promote their campaign of terror without any form of restrictions.

He wrote: “Audacity: Bandit on Tiktok flaunting and showing off ransom money he collected from his victims.

Ondo State, currently led by the APC, came next with borrowing of ₦14.86 billion. Despite its huge agricultural potential, like other states, Ondo still depends on the CBN for help in offsetting its workers’ salaries.

Kaduna State came next with ₦14.47 billion. To stay in line and maintain stability in the civil service, the APC-governed state has turned to the SBF for help.

Abia State now controlled by the Labor party came in tenth position with an amount of ₦14.27 billion borrowed for salary payments.
